Reiki

What is Reiki?

Practitioner: Nupur

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that originated in Japan. The word itself means “universal life energy.” Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or distance) technique that supports the body’s natural ability to heal by calming the nervous system and clearing energetic blockages. Practitioners use light touch or hold their hands just above the body to help guide this energy in a way that supports the body’s natural ability to heal, balance, and relax. People often describe Reiki sessions as deeply calming, and some experience relief from stress, emotional tension, or physical discomfort. Think of it like a reset for your nervous system—helping you feel more grounded, clear, and at ease.

We will be offering Reiki in person at MOOD and virtually

(30, 60 & 75-minute sessions)

Virtual Reiki

Virtual Reiki is a gentle, distance energy healing practice that supports the body’s natural ability to relax, balance, and heal—no physical touch required. During your Zoom session, you’ll be guided into a calm, meditative state while Reiki energy is sent to help clear energetic blockages and reset your nervous system. Clients often report feeling grounded, lighter, and deeply relaxed—even from afar.
