Jessica has been a practicing LMT since 2014, expanding her knowledge and skillset in the wellness arena, with a continuously growing clientele. She is a passionate believer in advancing your health needs by promoting her mantra,

With over 20 years of experience, Farhad brings a refined, intuitive approach to therapeutic massage, specializing in Craniosacral Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage. A former athlete, he understands pain, injury, and recovery, and works rhythmically and precisely to support the body’s natural healing processes by addressing both the area of concern and its connected tissues. His calm presence, focused attention, and respect for the body’s innate wisdom allow each session to feel both deeply restorative and purposeful.

Optimal Wellness Nutrition (O.W.N) is a small group of online or in person wellness coaches with the goal to empower each individual to achieve well-being through nutrition, fitness and adding healthy lifestyle habits.
This is done by focusing on education, habit stacking, and accountability provided to you by your very own 1:1 personal wellness coach.
